The Virginia Bazaar, Ladysmith, Virginia, 888.568.3532


The Virginia Bazaar is one of the largest flea markets in Virginia.  Located 20 miles north of Richmond on Interstate 95 the Virginia Bazaar features spaces for hundreds of dealers selling new and used merchandise.  The market features plenty of free parking and an indoor food court.  The Virginia Bazaar is open every Saturday and Sunday from 9 am to 5 pm.

The Virginia Highlands Festival, Abingdon, Virginia, 276.623.5266


The Virginia Highlands Festival, which is usually scheduled in July or August, has been a yearly tradition since 1948.  Held in at the foot of the Blue Ridge Mountains, The Virginia Highlands festival features an enormous antiques market as well as arts and crafts as well as juried competitions, lecturers and artists.

Shenandoah Valley Flea Market, New Market, Virginia, 540.740.3900


The Shenandoah Valley Flea Market has been in business since 2004 and is an indoor flea market that is open daily year round.  Located on US Route 11, 2 miles north of New Market, Virginia; this market features antique, vintage collectibles, crafts and a wide variety of other merchandise.

The Double Toll Flea Market is a destination for people from Virginia, Maryland, Washington DC and West Virginia.  This flea market, nestled in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia features many dealers and vendors selling everything from antiques and collectibles to old clothes, Beanie Babies and baby booties.  The Double Toll Flea Market is a good place to find a good deal.  It is open Saturday and Sunday year round and has plenty of free parking and food vendors for your convenience.

The Lake County Indoor Flea Market is located in South Hill, Virginia and is a year round flea market that is open Wednesday thru Sunday.  This flea market features both new and used items as well as antiques and vintage collectibles.

Happy’s Flea Market, Roanoke, Virginia, 540.563.4473


Happy’s Flea Market in Roanoke bills itself as one of the largest and oldest flea markets in Virginia.  It opened last year under new management.  Part shopping mall and part carnival, this flea market has something for people of all ages.  Happy’s Flea Market has antiques, collectibles and a lot of other things.

The Bluemont Fair is an old fashioned type fair that includes everything from antiques, collectibles, arts and crafts as well as live blue grass and folk music, great food and fun for the entire Family. The Bluemont Fair is held once yearly around September.  Sponsored by the Bluemont Citizens Association, this fairs proceeds many good causes including student scholarships and local service organizations.

The Supreme Flea Market is located in Richmond, Virginia and every year draws hundreds of thousands of people from around the country.  This indoor and outdoor flea market operates year round and is open Thursday thru Sundays.  The Supreme Flea Market has over two hundred and fifty vendors selling new and used merchandise, antiques, country home décor and vintage collectibles.

Hillsville Flea Market & Gun Show, Hillsville, Virginia, 276.728.2911


The Hillsville Flea Market is sponsored by the VFW Grover King Post 1115.  However, this flea market which is held on Labor Day weekend every year has grown over the years and now pretty much encompasses the entire town of Hillsville, Virginia.  The Hillsville Flea Market and Gun show draws thousands of vendors almost half a million visitors per year.  You can expect to find antiques, vintage collectibles, and guns and just about anything else you can think of at this once yearly show.

Annual Shenandoah Antiques Expo, Fishersville, Virginia, 540.337.2552


The Annual Shenandoah Antiques Expo has been around for decades.  It features over 400 dealers both indoors and outdoors and is one of the largest antiques and collectibles markets in Virginia.  Held at the Augusta Expoland in Fishersville, the Shenandoah Antiques Expo is usually held twice a year. The primary focus of the show is country furniture and Americana, but you can find all sorts of different items at this giant of a show.

Red Barn Flea Market Auction, Colonial Beach, Virginia, 804.224.2939

The Red Barn Flea Market is a very large building that houses about 50 vendors.  Onsite reviews are favorable for this flea market and indicate that The Red Barn Flea Market has large inventory turnaround, so you won’t find the same things twice.  Good for those of us who love antique and collectibles.

The Lucketts Fair, Leesburg, Virginia

Another great event in the picturesque hamlet of Lucketts, Virginia, just north of Leesburg, is the annual Lucketts Fair which is normally held in August.  The Lucketts Fair features great family entertainment with rides and arts and crafts for the kids and an antiques and collectibles corridor for the adults.  It attracts many great vendors and thousands of people from the Metropolitan Washington, D.C. area as well as those from western Maryland and West Virginia.  The Lucketts Fair also features plenty of parking, delicious food and great live music.

The Lucketts Spring Antique Market, Berryville, VA

The Lucketts Store is a quaint little store in Loudoun County, Virginia on U.S. 15 North.  It is approximately 7 miles north of historic Leesburg, Virginia and just about 20 miles south of Frederick, Maryland. At the corner of Route 15 North and Lucketts Road, sits the Old Lucketts Store Antiques. Every May, the good folks at the Old Lucketts Store Antiques host an annual spring antique market at the Clarke County Fairgrounds in Berryville, VA.  This market attracts hundreds of vendors from near and far and thousands of visitors from across the United States.  Lucketts' proximity to West Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania and the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area make it an attractive destination for the antique and collectible aficionado.

DC Big Flea, Dulles Expo Center, Chantilly, Virginia

The DC Big Flea is a very large antiques and collectibles shows in the Washington DC & Northern Virginia metropolitan area.  This indoor antique and collectible market held at the Dulles Expo Center in Chantilly, Virginia features 600 booths, hundreds of dealers and thousands of visitors from around the country.  The DC Big Flea offers plenty of free parking.  If you cannot find what you are looking for at the DC Big Flea, you will not find it anywhere.

The Reston Market, Herndon, Virginia

The Reston Market has a very beautiful venue and is open every Saturday from May to November.  Situated at Lake Anne Plaza in Reston, Virginia, just outside the Washington, DC beltway, this market features arts and crafts vendors as well as a farmer's market.  In addition, The Reston Market is surrounded by many unique boutiques, stores and charming eateries.  This market is a great place to spend a lazy Saturday afternoon and the market offers plenty of free parking.


Springfield-Franconia Lions Club Flea Market, Springfield, VA

Another good flea market for a great cause is the Springfield-Franconia Lions Club Flea Market in Springfield, Virginia.  This market, which is just 20 minutes south of Washington, DC, off of the beltway, is held twice a month.  The Lions Club Flea Market features some reasonably priced antiques and collectibles for those trying their hand at designing on a dime.  There is plenty of free parking and the market is surrounded by eateries and shops. It is great way to spend a Saturday morning without the hustle and bustle of the big city.
